M500 Pro Series

M55 Handset

The M55 handset is one of two devices that pair to the M500 Pro DECT Multicell Base Station. This family of devices has Wireless DECT technology, providing better reliability and security than WIFI. The M55 is wireless and allows you the freedom to roam freely within your space without being tied down to one location.

The handset has 2.4” (240 x 320) color LCD display and 6 backlit dual-color LED programmable keys. The dialpad is also backlit, enhancing the user experience. There is a shared directory that houses up to 500 entries and a private directory that hold up to 200 entries. Like the M58, the handset also has built-in Bluetooth® connectivity, with audio quality fine-tuned for maximum voice clarity and background noise reduction. Move around the office or warehouse without loosing connection and background sound interference. You can use the built-in belt clip to carry your M55 hands free. The dimensions of the slim handheld are approximately 188mm x 55mm x 35mm with the belt clip. The long-lasting battery allows for up to 19-hours of talk time and the battery standby time when phone is not in use is upwards of 240 hours. Freely use your phone without continuous charging throughout the day.

The paging feature can be activated with one button on the side of the handset. It can be used to send an intercom message to all team members that have the M55 and M58. Team members can easily respond to your page using the paging function or calling your direct line. All shared calls are visible and can be managed on all devices. This assists in ensuring all client calls are handled.
