Founded in 2005, the manufacturer of IP-based telephony systems is regarded as an innovative trendsetter in the market. The Linux-based STARFACE telephony system is available as a cloud service, a hardware appliance and a virtualized VM edition, and is suitable for companies of all sizes.
STARFACE is developed and manufactured in Germany and, as an open and future-proof UCC platform, can be seamlessly integrated into many CRM and ERP applications. The STARFACE telephony system is available as a hardware appliance, as a VM edition and as a cloud service. The latest version STARFACE 6.1 allows for the first time the use of native clients for Windows and OSX thanks to the newly developed Unified Communications Interface UCI 3.0. This means that users can enjoy a powerful and easy-to-use business telephony experience directly on their computer.
With STARFACE 6.1, businesses in Germany are fully prepared for the switch-over to ALL-IP telephony which will replace ISDN by the end of 2018. Thanks to the comprehensive support of the SIP protocol and many open APIs, STARFACE secures a return on investment even after the switch-over from ISDN.
