NetResults S.r.l. is an Italian company founded in 2006 and active in the field of ICT. From the beginning of its activity NetResults made a special effort towards R&D, focusing particularly on VoIP (Voice Over IP) and MoIP (Multimedia over IP) solutions. Thanks to this attitude, targeted at innovation, we could launch on the market (in 2008) KalliopePBX, a set of IP PBX able to offer a wide number of advanced technological features combined with an innovative business model, that is no license limit.

Products & Solutions

KalliopePBX changes the concept of both traditional and VoIP telephony offering a product line designed with simplicity in mind and using the latest technology. KalliopePBX provides a wide range of appliances and Virtual Machine to exploit data center resources and investments. KalliopePBX stems from few simple ideas: simplicity of use, immediacy, completeness of functions and total lack of limitations on the number of users admitted. Thanks to this mix we could create a flexible product intended to satisfy the customers' needs. KalliopePBX offer includes optional applications such as KalliopeCTI, KalliopePhone, Kalliope Mobile App, KalliopeCallCenter or KalliopeAttendantConsole.

Integration with Snom

KalliopePBX and Snom technical teams have worked together to develop a deep integration between their products. The result of this collaboration is the full compatibility and interoperability of KalliopePBX with every Snom device thanks to the integration of Snom native APIs and Snom provisioning engine into KalliopePBX firmware. From a practical point of view, KalliopePBX supports Plug-and-Play provisioning and remote control of Snom phones. With KalliopeCTI Pro, it is possible to have complete control of the device using a PC (Windows, Mac or Linux). 

KalliopePBX is fully compatible with the whole Snom product line, including new DECT devices and base stations. Also the Plug-and-Play provisioning is available for every Snom device. Remote control, for the moment, is only supported by desktop phones. Minimum firmware required is v8.7.5.35.
